If the touchfoil™ is not responding then please refer to the quick start guide you received during delivery. Please ensure you have followed these key steps:
- Ensure the controller board is connected correctly.
- Ensure the "Enabled Selected Control" box in the "Output" tab is checked.
- Ensure the correct touchfoil driver has been selected.
- Clean the gold contacts on the orange flexible circuit and re-connect the controller board
