How is the touchfoil™ applied to the substrate?

The touchfoil™ can be fixed in two ways, using either a permanent or a re-usable adhesive system. The method used is dependent on the customer’s requirements

Permanent

The permanent system uses an optically clear adhesive ideal for applying to glass and other non-metallic substrates. This option must be used where a permanent fixing is required and when the touchfoil™ is being used in rugged environments

Reusable

The re-usable system is designed to be used on glass only. It is an ideal system for retail installations where you may wish to remove and recover the touchfoil™ for future promotions

Both systems use a wet lamination process. Laminating instructions are available on the CD that ships with the touchfoil™, and videos are available online http://vimeopro.com/touchfoil/support
