To help us to support you better please have the following information available:

  • What is the serial number of the touchfoil?
  • What is the air gap between the touchfoil and the display?
  • What is the thickness of the glass?
  • Where is the earth lead of the USB cable connected to?


Often, the quickest way to solve a problem is to allow us to connect to the unit remotely. If you don’t have teamviewer already installed, you can use the Visualplanet’s client which doesn’t require installation.

Please download the quick support application, run the executable and send us the ID and password.
